Leak Detection (Interior & Exterior)

A Forensic Investigation of your building, indoors and outdoors. We perform a targeted audit of known or suspected leak locations (excluding roofs), while also scanning the broader building envelope for emerging issues, often invisible to the human eye but often discoverable using the right technology. We use highly sensitive Thermal Imaging to identify anomalies, then back that up with radar scanning and/or moisture sensors to confirm where water is actually present.
The Result: A thermal walkthrough to investigate your specific concerns as well as discovering other potential trouble spots. Findings are communicated verbally on-site or by phone. A brief summary email can be provided if requested

Roof Leak Detection & Audit

A visual Inspection of structures at height. Using drone technology, we capture high-resolution imagery of roofs, flashings, and structures that are otherwise difficult or dangerous to reach. We use these images to identify compromised drainage, deteriorating materials, and the likely entry points for moisture.
The Result: A verbal summary of what we find, while on-site or by phone. Where we identify a specific fault, we can provide supporting photos upon request.
